We have a very flexible environment that allows for significant time dedicated to learning and expanding your skillset. We are relaxed enough to wear jeans and t-shirts regularly. We value our developers and provide everyone with a new workstation with dual monitors, a keyboard/mouse combo of your choice, and a motorized stand-up desk. We are very project-oriented and have limited structure. This independence requires a team of high-quality developers that have both initiative while being able to work together.
